We can’t wait to get these into Taich’s hands to finalize drum parts and then into Adam Pallin, brother of new member Zachary who will learning the bass parts verbatim for the record.
Other than that, the new www.thegreening.com should be up and running within the week’s end or so. Featured on it will be the brand new “Introduction To The Greening By Daniel Vaccerelli” video! More news soon . . .
So many updates
Hello all. Been eons since I last updated, so many things to share! First off, we rocked Zachary’s birthday show at Grant & Green and had some of the most fun we’ve had yet. It was a magical evening shared with fans, friends and family, and featured the debut of two brand new songs in the set. One week later we played with old friends The 21st Century (BEVAN!) at The Ivy Room in Albany. The room was one of the more unique we’ve played, feeling a bit like playing in someone’s living room in the 1970s.

Danny’s video for “Don’t Have The Time” is now 50% complete! Being a one man animation team all by his lonesome likely insures it’ll be late October when the video is unveiled on this page and www.thegreening.com, but it looks FANTASTIC so far, he’s really outdone himself this time!
Will’s directorial debut, “Introduction To The Greening By Daniel Vaccerelli” is FINISHED and will be unveiled at the new-new (as opposed to old-new) www.thegreening.com once it’s unveiled in the next two weeks!
Lastly, we’re hard at work on album three! Will and I have already completed most of the overdubs for the demos of “Maryann,” “Leningrad, Slips and Knots,” “Dualk” and “10,000″ and we hope to finish all overdubs on 20 demos for the upcoming album by late next month. After that’s completed, Taich will right more finalized, studio drum parts for these songs upon hearing the layers he never gets to hear live. Once we’ve laid THOSE drums down, then we’ll make two mixes of all 20 songs: one regular mix, one with the rhythm section extremely up front, and get all 40 mixes to Zachary’s brother Adam, who shall be learning my bass parts verbatim to be guest studio bassist on album three! We hope to have all five us in Hyde Street Studios laying down the drums, bass and guitar tracks for this record by early February. More news soon!
